JOB DESCRIPTION: SERVICE COORDINATION

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related.
• Minimum experience in service coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and experience with SAP software is a plus.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently coordinate Field Service Operations, including call compilation, resource allocation, and task assignment.
• Escalate unresolved issues promptly to the RSM for resolution.
• Manage call registration, dispatch, and tracking procedures seamlessly.
• Oversee service reports, invoicing, and gather customer feedback for satisfaction.
• Submit required productivity, performance, and collection reports.
• Input customer complaints accurately for resolution.
• Renew AMC agreements and effectively promote consumables.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and seminars with TLs, ensuring proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with allocated man-days and schedule preventive maintenance activities diligently.
