About our GradXcelerate  Program

The GradXcelerate Program is an 18‑month accelerated development journey, designed to fast‑track future leaders. Through structured rotations across key business units, you’ll gain first-hand exposure to our dynamic commercial ecosystem and the full customer journey.

What you can expect:

• 3 rotational assignments, each with real business impact


• A steep learning curve supported by experienced leaders


• Cross-functional exposure across functions and channels

Your home base will be our Head Office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, but your experience will take you across the organisation through diverse projects and commercial touchpoints.

At the end of the program, we’ll work closely with you and with our business to identify the right placement that best matches your strengths, aspirations, and our future opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking Malaysian graduates (Bachelor’s 2:1 / CGPA 3.00 & above, or Master’s) with entry to 3 years of experience, who bring both strong potential and values aligned with how we work at PMI.

• You’re an excellent communicator with the maturity and empathy to build trust with colleagues and customers. You care deeply about the quality of your work, the impact you make, and the people around you. You’re committed to delivering value responsibly and professionally.

Experience & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree with 2:1 / CGPA 3.00 & above, or Master’s


• Leadership or active involvement in university clubs/societies


• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and collaboration


• Independent, resourceful, and solution-driven


• Malaysians or Permanent Residents only
