Penerangan Pekerjaan - HR Intern

Assist in daily HR operations and administrative support.
Manage and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist daily HR operations, including but not limited to onboarding, probation and confirmation, transfers, offboarding, and other ad hoc documentation tasks.
Support employee data entry and maintenance in the HR system.
Maintain proper documentation of HR files and records.
Handle any ad hoc HR projects or tasks as assigned.

Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in building a career in HR.
Good communication skills in English and preferable in Mandarin.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
