HR Intern

Support the HRSSC team in daily operational activities, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in invoice tracking and monitoring activities.
• Support the team in raising requests through internal forms and email communications.
• Coordinate and consolidate monthly reports from various stakeholders.
• Assist HR Operations teams with data preparation and upload activities.
• Prepare and maintain operational trackers and reports.
• Support automation of finance and payroll-related reports using Microsoft Excel and automation tools.
• Assist in generating Word forms and templates from Excel data.
• Support automated email distribution processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation.
• Participate in process improvement and automation projects.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and explore automation tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Query, VBA, Python, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
