HR Intern

Description:We are looking for an HR Representative to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is expected to act as go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development and talent management. This role is important to business success. Requirements:-Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field-Preferably a student in their last semester with a high likelihood of being offered a full-time placement.-Basic knowledge of labor law and HR best practices-People oriented and results driven-Knowledge of HR systems and databases is a plus-Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics is a plus-Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills-Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills-Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company-Ability to commute to work in Setia Alam
