Job Description
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
This internship provides exposure to HR processes and helps build foundational skills for a career in HR.
Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvements within your defined scope of work.
Leverage existing tools and resources to accurately record and track completion of key performance indicators.
Partner with the region and extended team members on key initiatives and projects.
You should be able to work independently on assigned projects in partnership with the team members.
Conduct periodic review of process documents and ensure they are up to date with the latest changes.
Develop in depth knowledge of the HR systems – Workday , Time & attendance tool and processes to perform your job.
Required Qualifications:
Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree.
Strong communication skills & knowledge of local language to work with internal team with country or outside of the country
Strong client service orientation and passion for problem solving.
Computer proficiency in MS Office and other applications.
Proficiency in spoken/ written local language, English or Mandarin .
Strong preference for intern who can join for a minimum of 6 months or more.
