HR-GENERAL (INTERNSHIP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Assist with job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and mediate conflicts.
• Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and provide feedback.
• Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and development initiatives.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process payroll, and manage benefits.
• Policy Implementation: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• HR Projects: Participate in HR initiatives and projects to improve processes and employee experience.
