Penerangan Pekerjaan - Human Resources Intern

Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. This internship will provide valuable insights into the HR field and is an excellent opportunity for those interested in pursuing a career in human resources.Responsibilities:Recruitment Support-Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.-Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.-Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.-Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fitOnboarding-Assist in the preparation of new hire orientation materials.-Coordinate the onboarding process, including document collection and verification.-Ensure new employees have the necessary tools and information to start their roles.Employee Engagement-Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.-Assist in conducting employee surveys and compiling feedback.Administrative Support-Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.-Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.-Handle general HR inquiries from employees and provide appropriate guidance. Requirements-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.-Strong interest in human resources and employee management.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).-Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus but not required.
