Your key responsibilities will include:

• Improving user experience through data-driven insights: Analyze end-to-end user journeys by integrating stakeholder inputs with operational data to identify pain points, minimize digital friction, and enhance overall satisfaction across all IDT touchpoints.


• Driving continuous process and service improvements: Assess existing processes, systems, and partner interactions to identify strengths and gaps, while documenting actionable opportunities, constraints, and key enablers for ongoing service enhancement.


• Leveraging AI and technology for innovation: Explore and evaluate AI, automation tools, and data-driven solutions to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.


• Promoting AI adoption in daily operations: Support the adoption of Copilot and other AI tools in day-to-day corporate activities by developing user-friendly materials and sharing periodic communications, including “Tips to use AI in everyday work,” across teams.


• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning: Encourage knowledge sharing, innovation, and a mindset of ongoing learning to support long-term organizational growth.

What are we looking for?

• Educational background and entry-level suitability: final-year students or recent graduates in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Information Systems.


• Strong analytical and data capabilities: Requires solid problem-solving skills and comfort working with data using tools like Excel, with additional advantage in Power BI.


• Foundational technical and AI knowledge: Basic understanding of modern workplace technologies, along with interest or exposure to AI, automation and familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar platforms.


• Effective communication and presentation skills: Ability to convey ideas clearly in both written and verbal forms, simplify complex concepts, and confidently present insights to small groups.


• Proactive and growth-oriented mindset: Demonstrates curiosity, ownership, adaptability, and collaboration, with a willingness to learn, experiment, accept feedback, and continuously improve in a fast-paced environment.
