The Intern – Pall O2C Collection is responsible for support the Collection team

• Following up on Outstanding and Past due.
• Sending statement of account and reminders to customer.
• Manage customer respond in daily operation.

This position is part of the Pall – O2C Collection Team and will be located in PJ Selangor – Onsite. Vision of Collection team is to ensure deliverables of monthly global DSO, Cash target and Past due Improvement.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Learning on Collections Process.
• The action supporting the team KPIs – DSO, Collection and Past Due targets
• Respond to customer queries.
• Dispute resolution.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Undergraduate of Degree in Accounting
