Our technology starts with you.\n\nYOUR ROLE \n\nYou will support process engineers in completing the following tasks:\n\n * Sustain and improve processes, including quality, yield, internal and external customer complaints, and lot-on-hold rate.\n * Support production in achieving WWS targets.\n * Ensure processes are operating within control chart limits in SPC.\n * Generate and update process specifications, SOPs, FMEAs, and process control plans.\n * Provide technical support for critical quality issues related to materials or processes.\n * Transfer knowledge from NPI and implement new products/technologies into production mode.\n\n\n\nYOUR SKILLS \u0026 EXPERIENCES\n\n * Master\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.\n * Good communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.\n * Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.\n * Proficient in English, with strong presentation skills.\n * Minimum internship duration of 3 months or more.\n\n\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
