Intern - Eco World Residence Club

• Assist Eco World Residence Club in managing purchaser enquiries, feedback, and general correspondence.

• Support pre-handing over processes, including documentation, appointment scheduling, and coordination with purchasers.

• Participate in handover and key collection activities, ensuring smooth customer experience during VP.

• Help track and follow up on defect rectification requests, coordinating with relevant departments and contractors.

• Prepare simple reports and maintain records of customer interactions, service levels, and case updates.

• Contribute to customer engagement initiatives, events, or surveys aimed at strengthening purchaser satisfaction and loyalty.
