1. Assist key in maintenance invoice & requisition order (forklift, DCT, coop, car & other invoice) and update maintenance cost.
2.  Assist in handling Touch & Go monthly claims by generate report from T&G website for every month.
3. Assist in checking and report Shell Card monthly claims
4. Update driver attendance by referring to Coop Daily Planning
5. Update forklift driver BHS Daily planning & monitor forklift driver attendance.
6. Assist in handling vehicle diesel and petrol BHP Bill issuance and monitoring monthly usage.
7. Record & filling invoice for driver’s 3PL, low loader and any other transportation cost.
8. Assist on pre delivery checklist forklift audit by preparing checklist & report.
9. Key In forklift diesel daily usage.
10. Follow up on BHS planning.
11. To assist in monitor GPS tracking record.
12. Collaborate with team members to address any issues related to order discrepancies or delays.
13. Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.

Logistic Intern will expose with logistics monitoring are compliance with BHS Planning and ensure proper logistics documentation are compiled with high accuracy and compliance within the stipulated time.
