A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

  • Assist in preparing, organising, and maintaining audit-ready documentation
  • Support the development and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure business processes are clearly documented, structured, and consistently maintained
  • Identify gaps, missing records, or inconsistencies in documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather required supporting evidence and information
  • Maintain proper version control and accuracy of all process documentation
  • Support internal audit preparation activities and documentation checks
  • Help standardise templates and documentation formats across teams
  • Convert unstructured workflows into clear, step-by-step process documents

Qualifications :

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role :

  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with structured information
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Comfortable handling large volumes of information and documentation
  • Ability to stay consistent with repetitive but critical documentation work
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability
