Job Title:  Intern, Recruitment (HR)

Location: Wisma Capital A, Level 5, Wisma Tune, 19, Lorong Dungun, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur
Type: Internship (Full-time)
Duration: minimum 3 months
Reports To: Senior Recruitment

About the Role:

As a Recruitment Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting our Talent Acquisition team in building strong and diverse teams. You’ll assist with sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing recruitment tools, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This role is a great opportunity to learn the foundations of recruitment, sharpen your people skills, and understand how hiring strategies drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
    • Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on role requirements.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Support candidate communication and ensure timely updates throughout the hiring process.
    • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
    • Assist in employer branding activities, including job postings and social media campaigns.
    • Learn and apply recruitment best practices in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR concepts.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Docs).
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to multitask effectively.

Bonus (Nice to Have):

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software.
  • Experience with LinkedIn sourcing or recruitment platforms.
  • Exposure to employer branding or social media content creation.
  • Prior internship, part-time, or project experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Passion for talent, people development, and building great teams.
