• Administrative Support

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining safety documents, reports, and records.

• Inspections & Audits

  • Support the execution of workplace safety inspections and audits.

  • Assist in identifying unsafe practices or conditions and reporting them to the safety officer or supervisor.

  • Help monitor use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Data Collection & Analysis

  • Gather data for incident reports, near-misses, and hazard observations.

  • Participate in root cause analysis and suggest corrective actions.

• Training & Awareness

  • Assist in organizing safety training sessions and awareness campaigns.

  • Help prepare training materials and presentations.

  • Participate in safety briefings and toolbox talks.

• Compliance & Documentation

  • Support efforts to ensure compliance with OSHA, DOSH, or other regulatory standards.

  • Assist in updating safety policies, SOPs, and risk assessments.

• Minimum Diploma in related field
• Minimum 10 weeks of internship period
• Willing to relocate to Lumut, Perak
