Job summary:

Provide operations and administrative task support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily business and logistics operations, including order processing and inventory management.


• Support in coordinating transportation and supply chain activities.


• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports.


• Conduct data analysis to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.


• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field


• Able to demonstrate a basic project management skill with great communication skills & inter-personal skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


• 1 Internship position for duration of 3 to 6 months.


• Someone who will be able to start immediately will be advantage.


• Ability to work within a deadline and take the initiatives to run research and analytics


• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Power Point, Word & Excel)


• A highly motivated, collaborative team player & willing to learn.


• Detail-oriented. Ability to adapt in fast-paced environment.


• Must be willing to work in Sg Jati Klang.
