Intern - Talent Acquisition

The Intern - Talent Acquisition at Solarvest will assist the HR team in the recruitment process, gaining practical experience in talent acquisition while contributing to our mission of building a team committed to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings on various platforms and managing applications.
• Conduct preliminary screening of candidates and schedule interviews.
• Assist in the preparation of recruitment materials, including job descriptions and candidate assessments.
• Help maintain candidate tracking systems and databases to ensure accurate records of applicants and progress.
• Engage with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Participate in organizing and attending recruitment events and career fairs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends in talent acquisition and sourcing strategies.
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and proactive mindset.
• Prior internship experience or involvement in recruitment-related activities is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
