- Creating copies of various formats that are fun and easy to read in both Malay and English language.- Host and create social content on social media - Tiktok, Instagram, X and Facebook.- Schedule daily / weekly content across our social media platforms with engaging captions.- Ensure quality control of all materials by applying appropriate format and branding of products and presentations.- Draft correspondence and copywriting work for general brand’s communication materials.- Assist communications with all the communication platforms such as the media, shareholders, and the public at large- Create engaging social media graphic designs in Canva.- Can make simple video editing for social media postings.- Provide ideas for digital content and carry out various tasks related to digital content.- Interested in and able to create digital content and brief analysis on politic, social impact, and entrepreneurship topics, especially those related to youth.- Ensure full adherence and compliance with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, Policies and Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Workflow and any other Company guideline, as may be published and/ or updated by the Company from time to time.- In addition to the job description contained in this Form, whenever such needs arise, the Employee may be required to undertake any other such duties as may be assigned to the Employee and the Employee shall abide by such instruction of the Company.- Employees are expected and obligated to collaborate and provide support across different teams and departments to ensure the smooth functioning and success of operational needs.You will be guided by a senior staff within your department throughout your period of internship with us, so don't be afraid as you will not let you get lost. -Preferably majoring in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.-Must be comfortable or able to pivot to MacOS work environment, with specific preference to co-working applications i.e Google Suite. Professional expertise in handling Excel / Google Sheets.-Proficient understanding of social media platforms, tools and trends.-Proficient with design and editing tools like Canva and CapCut, Adobe Creative suite is a plus-Ability to shoot videos and take photographs will be an added advantage.-Ability to work in a team and contribute creative ideas.-Having a keen eye for social media content.-Good interpersonal and communication skills, pleasant personality.
