JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist the HSE team in administrative and operational activities related to workplace safety, health and environmental compliance.


2. Support the preparation, filing, and maintenance of HSE documentation, reports and records.


3. Assist in updating HSE databases, trackers and document control systems.


4. Coordinate the HSE-related activities like meetings, appointments and schedules.


5. Support the preparation, presentations and communication materials.


6. Support procurement, invoicing and administrative processes related to HSE activities, where required.


7. Carry out ad hoc assignments and projects as delegated by the HSE team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. A final year student of bachelor's degree/ diploma in business administration or related field. 


2. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).


3. Good organizational and time management skills. Willingness to learn and take initiative.


4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.


5. Attention to detail and accuracy
