Tasks:

•  Support in HR Digitalization Projects and Human Capital Analytics
•  Assisting with costs and process analysis, simulation and forecasting for various cost centers for Business Plan 2025 preparations for HR Department
• Assisting in survey preparation & data analytics related assignments
• Summarizing big data into presentable visualization formats
• Supporting in HR Generalist topics and General Department Administrative Tasks
• Support in overall Country HR topics including but not limited to Learning & Development and Resourcing

Projects:

• Assisting with HR Department process improvement projects
• Digitalization and Automation of HR processes

• Candidate pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Management, Human Resource discipline, or a related field
• At least 4 months of internship attachment with Bosch
• Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate to advance analytics skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
• Digital literacy and creative media (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) knowledge are an added advantage
