• Assist in preparing simple sales quotations and basic proposals
• Support with invoice preparation and ensuring billing accuracy
• Maintain and update client contact lists and records
• Coordinate with the lab team for sample collection schedules and report delivery
• Assist with client communication (e.g., follow-up emails or calls)
• Organize and manage administrative documents (filing, printing, scanning)
• Assist in document delivery or light errands when necessary

• Diploma or Degree currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• No transport issues (able to commute to office or attend tasks as needed)
• Able to commit to an internship period of [insert duration, e.g., 3–6 months]
