This is your role. What part will you play?

As part of the EHS team, you will play a role in supporting the Head of EHS to prepare materials related to Newcomer Training, Key Performance Indicator collection, carry out inspection, collect EHS data, provide support related EHS activities, reporting, etc

1. Data Management & Automation:
• Data Collection and Tracking:
• Develop and maintain systems for collecting and tracking EHS-related data, such as incident reports, safety inspections, and regulatory compliance records.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Provide IT solutions for analyzing data to identify trends, predict risks, and generate reports for EHS management and regulatory authorities.
• Automated Reporting:
• Automate the generation of routine EHS reports, saving time and reducing errors. 
2. Software Development:
• EHS Management Systems:
• Develop or customize software to manage various EHS functions, including training, permit management, and emergency response procedures.
• Digital Safety Tools:
• Create mobile applications or web-based tools that provide real-time safety information, alerts, and communication channels. 
3. Digital Tools & Technologies:
• GIS Integration:
• Integrate Geographic Information System (GIS) data to map safety hazards, track environmental impacts, and visualize emergency response plans.
• Internet of Things (IoT):
• Implement IoT sensors and devices to monitor environmental conditions, track equipment, and provide early warnings for potential hazards.
• Cloud-Based Solutions:
• Implement cloud-based EHS software, enabling data access and collaboration across different departments and locations. 
4. Collaboration & Support
• IT Infrastructure:
• Responsible for providing the necessary hardware and software infrastructure to support EHS initiatives, ensuring reliable access to data and systems.
• Technical Support:
• Provide ongoing technical support for EHS software, hardware, and digital tools, helping to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Training:
• Provide training to EHS staff on using new software and digital tools. 

What you need to make real what matters.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT.
• Willingness to learn Siemens culture and develop/create training tracker and on-line permit to work to increase efficiency of the department. 
• Work independently and able to perform tasks with minimal supervision but also be a good team player who can work well in a multi-cultural environment.
• Good command of English (spoken & written)
