Penerangan Pekerjaan - IT Support Engineer Intern

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer Intern, responsible for providing hands-on technical support and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across hardware, software, and network systems. This role is based in Malaysia.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, mobile phones, printers, and scanners.
Replace/repair computer hardware down to component level (e.g. Replacing laptop LCD screen, CPU fan, ribbon connectors, speaker, and more)
Responding in a timely manner to service users& issues and requests.
Perform bi-weekly rounding duty on all computer stations to ensure everything is in working condition.
Assist the IT Infra Support team in various IT projects, such as testing new technology on hardware and software.

Requirements:

In the process of completing a bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Interest in working for an eCommerce industry.

Personality profile:

Knowledge and/or experience with a variety of computer hardware and software system
Ability to work well independently and as part of a larger team
Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with various personalities.
Ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to various intellectual and practical problems.
Deadline-driven
Willing to work in the KL Eco City area
