Junior Accounts Assistant

  Job Summary:The Junior Accounts Executive will be assisting in completing the full set of Companies’ accounts. Responsibilities include handling on accounts payable and receivable, preparing banking transactions and performing accountsrelated reconciliations. The ideal candidate should possess basic understanding of accounting principles, organizational skills, and the ability to work diligently.Key Responsibilities:● To handle posting and processing entries to ensure all business transaction are recorded properly.● Ensure month end close duties are prioritized and deadline are delivered on time.● To prepare the reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts.● Prepare year-end audit and tax schedules as required.● Handling AR and AP area of works together with accounts assistant, and to support as at when required.● Liaise with banker for all the banking matters.● Liaise with auditors and tax agent for all the financial year audit and tax matters.● Liaise with company secretary for all statutory filing matters.● Handle ad-hoc assignments as and when required.  [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-emax-beaute-international-sdn-bhd-job-junior-accounts-assistant]
