Join Maxis as a Learning & Development Intern where you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of key leadership and skilling programmes under Maxis Academy. You will collaborate with learning partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful learning experiences, manage event rollouts, and drive learner engagement through data insights and internal campaigns. This role offers hands-on exposure to instructional design, programme management, and learning technologies within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with external vendors and Academy Ops to organise and deliver Leadership Academy programmes.
Support learning partners in implementing skilling initiatives across various divisions.
Assist in project managing key events, including the launch of MC2 Year 2.
Design, develop, and execute internal marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement for Maxis Academy offerings.
Analyse learning and learner data to support decision-making, improve programme consumption, and increase completion rates.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Data Science, IT or related fields.
Curious, insightful, and accountable, with strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and comfort working collaboratively within the L&D team.
Willingness to experiment with learning tools, different software, and generative AI.
Interest in instructional design is an added advantage.
Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret and use data to derive insights.

Internship Period
We are looking for an intern who can start immediately for up to 6 months.
