About the Role

We are seeking fresh engineering graduates to join us as Manufacturing Engineer Graduates Programme. To prepare you for real‑world manufacturing environments, you will undergo our Training in Manufacturing Engineer (TIME Programme) a 6‑month structured training programme designed to develop hands‑on engineers for the semiconductor and advanced manufacturing industry.

The fully sponsored TIME Programme is customised and jointly developed by ETLA/FMMSB and Singapore Polytechnic, based on our actual business needs and manufacturing operations. Upon successful completion of the programme, you will work alongside experienced project teams delivering cutting‑edge, high‑precision manufacturing solutions that make a real impact.

Who Should Apply

• Fresh graduates with a Degree in Mechatronics/ Manufacturing & Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines from recognised universities (or equivalent), with a excellent academic record.

• Individuals with a passion for engineering, a curious and analytical mindset, and a desire to learn, improve processes, and make an impact.

• Strong interest in hands‑on manufacturing, engineering, and project‑based work.

• Good communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively within technical teams.
