Marketing Strategy & Events Internship - Oct/Nov Batch

We’re looking for passionate, proactive, and detail-oriented interns to join our Marketing team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both strategy and event marketing across social media marketing, influencer marketing and digital marketing campaigns while working closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

Strategy Support

• Conduct research on brands, competitors, audiences, industry trends, and creators.


• Gain exposure across various campaigns, including social media, influencer, event and digital marketing initiatives.


• Gather insights from reports, social listening, and platform data, and summarize key findings.


• Assist in developing campaign frameworks, pitch decks, and strategic recommendations.


• Contribute fresh ideas in brainstorming sessions.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Event Activation

• Support event planning tasks such as concept brainstorming, site checks, vendor coordination, and on-ground operations.


• Gain hands-on exposure to event PR kit management, from proposing creative PR kit concepts to coordinating sourcing, packing, and preparation for events and brand activations.


• Assist with outreach, negotiations, and coordination of deliverables.

Administrative & Team Support

• Assist with presentation slides, deck formatting, and document organization.


• Maintain internal research libraries, trackers, and campaign documentation.


• Support daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow across Strategy and Account teams.

Who You Are

• Open to all students currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication/ Advertising/ Marketing.


• Willing to commit a minimum 3 months.


• You should possess strong communication skills and attention to detail.


• Passionate, agile and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Having a positive and “can do” attitude.
