Our technology starts with you.\n\nYOUR ROLE \n\nYou will assist NPI Test Engineers in coordinating and executing the following activities:\n\n * Support new product introduction activities.\n * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in developing and implementing NPI processes.\n * Participate in design reviews, product testing, and validation activities.\n * Help create and maintain documentation (e.g. TGAT, project tracker, etc.).\n * Assist in analyzing production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.\n * Follow up with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of components and materials.\n * Support the resolution of technical issues and provide feedback to the engineering team.\n * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.\n\n\n\nYOUR SKILLS \u0026 EXPERIENCES\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electronic Engineering or any related engineering field.\n * Good communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.\n * Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.\n * Proficiency in English, with strong presentation skills.\n * Minimum internship duration of 3 months or longer.\n\n\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
