Operations Intern - SU5, Shah Alam

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Intern to support our Operations team.

To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive allowance & bright career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Operations Team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

1. Document Management:

• Maintain and update essential internal documents, including Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), licenses, and the NKA Operations Branch Folder.
• Prepare all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements.

2. Compliance and Auditing:

• Conduct service report audits across all branches to ensure adherence to Rentokil standards.
• Support site service audits on customer premises to identify and report compliance and pest issues.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Extract, compile, and analyze service data.
• Generate trend.

Duration: Depending on your university's requirement

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor's Degree in Biological Science, Food Science, Statistics/Applied Mathematic or relevant).
• Has own transport to travel to work on daily basis.
