The intern is responsible to evaluate EMEA (Europe & Middle East) region customers’ credit worthiness, identify the appropriate level of credit risk associated to them and prepare credit risk mitigation to protect the business.
This position is part of the Order to Cash Department, Pall Center for Financial Services (CFS) and will be in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Understand the overall Shared Service and concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product, goals and all other aspects of service within the organization.
• Support Pall EMEA Credit Management Team in conducting credit checks, Order release, verifying customer information and other Credit Management task such as input customer data.
• Collecting financial data, understand and learn how to analyze the financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit.
• Analyze financial ratios to evaluate customers' financial status.
• Learn and manage the Europe- Credit Management with guidance, coaching and feedback from the mentor on performance which help you learn and shape your working style.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Candidate pursuing an undergraduate degree in higher learning institutions, either in Malaysia or overseas, in related Finance disciplines where internship is a mandatory part of course completion.
• Candidate must be in final year of studies.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received task, able to solve urgent matters and work under pressure.
• Required to work on shift from 3.00pm to 12.00am MYT *This is in line with your appointment role to support the Europe Portfolio.
