Platform Services / Operations Intern

We are seeking a Platform Services/Operations Intern to join our team and support daily operational tasks related to 1SS sellers, as well as assist with various ad-hoc projects to ensure smooth seller product and process management. This role is based in Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily tasks and responsibilities related to 1SS seller inquiries.
• Manage and respond to 1SS tickets concerning operations, order management, shipments, and logistics.
• Collaborate with the Tech team to report and resolve any issues that may impact operations.
• Perform routine operational checks, including daily order reviews and monitoring out-of-stock orders.
• Support ad-hoc tasks to maintain product stability and ensure seamless daily operations.
• Contribute to process improvements and help document standard operating procedures as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
