The role is responsible for supporting the Line Manager in the day-to-day administrative tasks and activities of the function. You will also have the opportunity to take part in key projects.

Reports to: Functional Manager

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

Geographic Scope: Local

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide administrative support to the team


• Supporting the functional operations


• Supporting the execution of key projects


• Supporting any ad-hoc tasks within the team

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing)


• Strong project management, communication, and influencing skills


• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders


• Prior internship or project experience with demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities


• Proficient in English and skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong interpersonal abilities
