Production Assistant (Assistant Miller)

Established in 1961, Malayan Flour Mills Berhad (MFM) is the pioneer in the flour milling industry in Malaysia. MFM has grown to become the leading flour miller in Malaysia with regional presence in Vietnam and Indonesia. Over the years, we have expanded into poultry integration, aquaculture, and raw material trading. In FY21, the group revenue was RM2.43 billion.

MFM is one of the major poultry integrators in poultry feeds, breeding, farming with a state-of-the-art processing facility across the poultry value chain. Designed to meet the domestic and international markets, the advanced facility will process up to 300,000 birds per day.

• To plan, control and manage the efficient running of the production lines to meet daily target.
• To execute daily shift production schedule by operating and balancing the wheat cleaning and flour milling production lines in order to achieve the target efficiency, extraction rates, capacity and quality compliance of the products.
• Adhere to Safety Operating Procedures.
• To ensure that the Production Assistant undertakes the necessary autonomous preventive maintenance and coordinate with engineering in order to achieve efficient production level.
• To comply with the requirements of ISO 22000 and to support and to participate in ISO 22000 activities.
• To perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

• student Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,Industrial Technology, Mechatronic, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent 
• Positive work attitude.
• This position is based in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
