Public Relations & Social Media Intern

Job Description:
1. Social Media Management

• Create, curate and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu and more.
• Monitor social media channels and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Handling administrative work on social media such as product loan pullouts.
• Liaise with external agencies to support with content creation.

2. Public Relation Support

• Assist in drafting press releases (mostly translation from English to Chinese) and other communications materials.
• Support the coordination of media outreach efforts, including press inquiries and interview scheduling.
• Liaise with influencers agencies for big campaigns and monthly engagements. 

3. Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor media coverage and social media conversations related to the organization and industry trends.
• Provide regular updates and reports to ZTW PRSM Manager on social media and PR activities, highlighting key insights and successes.

Other Duties:

• Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media and public relations.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools for business purposes.
• Basic knowledge of public relations principles and practices.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or public relations is a plus.
• Preferably with an internship period of minimum 6 months and above.
• English and Chinese language proficiency is a must.
