Position

Recruitment Intern (English Written & Verbal, On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Job posting in social media and various job portals to connect for potential candidates.
• Perform end-to-end recruitment activities through searching, phone calling, interview coordination, candidate pre & post interview follow-ups, letters preparation and on boarding training.
• Assist in any other administrative tasks when assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management, or any other related fields.
• Required skill(s): Good communication skills (verbal and written), Good interpersonal skills, Self-disciplined.
• Passion in the recruitment field, enjoy meeting new people, strong team players, willing to learn, and accountable for tasks assigned.
