Join Maxis as a Talent Acquisition Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience supporting recruitment operations, candidate coordination, and hiring activities for internship and entry-level roles. This role offers exposure to real-world talent acquisition processes, stakeholder coordination, and recruitment systems, while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers in a dynamic corporate environment.
1. Resume Screening & Candidate Shortlisting
Support screening of resumes and applications for internship and entry-level positions.
Assist in identifying suitable candidates based on role requirements.
2. Interview Coordination & Scheduling
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage interview logistics, including calendar coordination and confirmations.
3. Candidate Communication & Engagement
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely updates on application status and next steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.
4. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support data accuracy and proper documentation across recruitment stages.
5. Recruitment Operations & Administrative Support
Support day-to-day recruitment operations and administrative tasks.
Assist the team with coordination, documentation, and basic reporting as needed.
The intern will have the opportunity to be involved in a value-added recruitment project, supporting hiring activities such as:
Recruitment coordination and scheduling improvements
Candidate data tracking and reporting
Process documentation and basic process improvement initiatives
This project provides practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment operations and talent acquisition best practices.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to manage basic data and documentation.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and basic office tools.
Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work well in a team environment.
Gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment operations.
Learn how hiring processes are managed in a large corporate environment.
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers on real hiring activities.
Build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
Starting March, up to 6 months.
