Trading, Intern - Promo & Trade Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Maintain promo calendar and assist in preparing meeting materials/decks.

• Coordinate weekly Weekend Specials updates, price check at competitors store or website.

• Support event preparation including sitting arrangement planning.

• Compile buyers’ & suppliers’ attendance lists and prepare name-tag printing.

• Arrange internal meetings and ensure required materials are ready.

• Support POSM/asset readiness, store communication, and online tagging.

• Track campaign execution and organise basic post-campaign results.

• Update trackers, files, and SharePoint folders.

• Compile and consolidate daily store feedback emails (supplier POSM issues, damaged stocks, new store openings, complaints, etc.).
