Kelayakan

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree inany fields.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Able to commit at least 3 months. Students in their last semester are encouraged to submit their applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Tanggungjawab

1. Run the data for sales and shrinkage for store that was scheduled on that day.
2. After ran the data, For sales - convert to number and exclude touch and go as well as e-pay. For shrinkage - convert to number.
3. Check whether shrinkage and adjustment (BO) are tally or not.
4. Send the email to Store, Area Sales Manager (ASOM), Regional Sales Manager (RSOM), and Stocktake Supervisor, as well as attached the files needed. (Send before 10 a.m.)
5. Checked ST01 and ST02 whether Store in Charge have signed it or not.
6. Key in all the data in reconciliation such as store details, RSOM and ASOM's name as well as % percentage of that store, Sales, Adjustment (BO), Pivot, DE Return, SOH and Stocktake Accuracy.
7. Draft emails for tomorrow's stocktake.
