- Assist to monitor transit, expressway and transport operators' performance.
- Assist to track and monitor request by Participants and internal stakeholders.
- Assist to track and monitor Participants' readiness with other internal stakeholders.
- Assist to coordinate and arrange discussions with internal stakeholders.
