Conveyancing Clerk/ Internship Student

Job Description:

* Strictly no negativity and office politics
* Basic salary + Allowance/ Incentives + Bonus Conveyancing Clerk
- To handle Subsale SPA & loan files, developers' projects SPA, loans and other conveyancing matters such as perfection of transfer/ charge, discharge of charge. [Majority Project Files]
- to liaise with clients, bankers, agents, developers and various governmental bodies with utmost professionalism and also attend all other types of work assigned from time to time including preparing status update reports
- To monitor progress and update clients on files status
- Attending to the instructions of Partner/ superior Internship
1. Assist Lawyers/ seniors on corporate and conveyancing matters.
2. To assist the partners and legal associates in various area of practice.
3. To conduct research on points of law and to draft legal documents.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Conveyancing Clerk
- At least 2-5 years experienced in Project and Subsales (SPA & Loan) and General files (Discharge of Charge, Perfection of Transfer/Charge)
- At least SPM level;
- Computer literate, Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good written and communication skill in both English & Bahasa Malaysia, able to speak in Mandarin/ Cantonese
-Must have positive leadership skills
- A team player, willing to learn, hardworking, responsible, meticulous, able to multi-task and work independently, good personality & positive working attitude
- To meet tight timelines, committed and self-motivated and organize
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must have own transport Internship
