Objective Develop and manage marketing programs, including a wide range of marketing activities, from marketplaces to content creation and business development, to enhance brand awareness and drive sales for our sensitive skincare brand, Jolicare. Job Responsibilities

• E-commerce & Affiliate Marketing:
• Support the development and management of e-commerce & marketplace marketing strategies.
• Connect with and onboard influencers or outsiders to promote our brands.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries.
• Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on all performance metrics.
• Social Media and Content Creation:
• Create engaging content and live for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Plan, record, edit, and publish content to support campaigns.
• Assist in managing and moderating live sessions, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Business Development:
• Assist the team in implementing strategies that promote business and sales growth.
• Collaborate with teams from operations, product development, and creative departments to develop and launch joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and co-branded efforts.

Job Requirements Skills and Qualifications:

• Relevant background of study.
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken). Mandarin is a plus.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and marketplaces such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Skilled in using Google Apps, including Google Sheets and Google Drive.
• Proficient with design and editing tools like Canva and CapCut.
