Accounts Payable - Remote Work

As an Accounts Payable Associate at Padini Holdings Berhad, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process while working remotely from George Town, Penang, Malaysia. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable and is ideal for someone who is resilient, confident, and possesses strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting - Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance - 4+ years of experience in accounts payable - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Experience working remotely is a plus
