Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad is seeking a passionate and hardworking individual to join our team as a part-time Accounts Payable associate, working remotely from Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices from suppliers in a timely and accurate manner - Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents - Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues - Prepare and process payments for approved invoices - Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records - Work closely with the accounting team to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies - Assist with month-end close processes and reporting as needed

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting - Decision-making and critical thinking skills - A passion for accounting and finance
