Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:

UEM Sunrise Berhad is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Accounts Receivable professional to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain accounts receivable aging reports. 2. Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices. 3. Reconcile accounts receivable balances. 4. Process customer payments and generate receipts. 5. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies. 6. Communicate with customers to collect outstanding payments. 7. Prepare monthly financial reports related to accounts receivable. 8. Assist with auditing processes related to accounts receivable.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in accounts receivable. 2. Strong analytical skills. 3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. 6. Experience in people management. 7. A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
