Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at Dialog Group Berhad. This is a remote work position based in George Town, Penang, MY. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable functions such as invoicing, collections, and reconciliation - Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments - Process credit memos and refunds as needed - Work closely with internal departments and external clients to resolve any billing discrepancies - Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable for management - Assist with month-end closing processes

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Resourceful and dedicated work ethic - Strong negotiation skills - Excellent decision-making abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
