Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Sunway Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Associate. This is a remote part-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations - Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue invoices - Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable and assist with month-end closing activities - Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve overall efficiency - Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance the accounts receivable function

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Hardworking attitude and willingness to take on new challenges - Project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
