Accountant

Job Description:

PPB Group Berhad is seeking a passionate and independent Accountant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a part-time position with entry-level seniority, ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in accounting.

Responsibilities: - Prepare financial statements and reports - Analyze financial data and trends - Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations - Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies - Assist with budgeting and forecasting - Work closely with other departments to provide financial support and guidance - Conduct research and analysis as needed - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Support audits and tax filings

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent research skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Personality Traits: - Passionate about accounting and finance - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
