Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a Remote Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, motivated, possess leadership skills, and exhibit emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable transactions in a remote setting - Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain and update vendor information in the accounting system - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Communicate and collaborate with internal departments and external vendors - Maintain confidentiality of financial information - Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Understanding of basic accounting principles is a plus
