Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at Eco World Development Group Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor accounts, and ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process checks or electronic payments - Maintain accurate records of transactions - Respond to vendor inquiries and provide outstanding customer service - Assist with month-end closing activities - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial data - Perform other accounting tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred - 4 years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic - Leadership qualities and ability to work independently and in a team
